 This book means a huge amount to Roz and she asked that I incorporate as much of it as I could into the cake. I've since bought a copy of the book as it really is beautiful.

Made for Patrick's naming day this is a tall 6" round chocolate biscuit cake.

Elsie - Peter Rabbit Christening Cake

Not that long ago we made Dee and Rob's wedding cake so we were thrilled and excited when she said she was back in Dublin for the christening of their baby girl, Elsie. The 8" cake had to be our ginger, date and lemon (the entire wedding cake practically was too) and Peter had to be holding a balloon. It seemed only right to me that a bunny would be holding a carrot shaped balloon! Everything is made from sugar but Peter has an internal skeleton for support (the heat played havoc for us cakers over the summer).
