Lizzy - Ballet Birthday Cake

 My gorgeous friend, Charlie, has a fabulous daughter Lizzy.  She celebrated her 10th birthday recently and I was delighted to make her cake. 

It is a tall 6" chocolate biscuit cake and everything is handmade and edible. 

Freya - Floral Christening Cake

 Made to celebrate Freya's Christening this is a tall 7" vanilla and strawberry cake. 

This is a buttercream finished cake decorated with silk flowers and a rose gold cake topper

Willow & Zoe - Christening Cake

 Jennifer ordered this 8" Red Velvet and 6" Zesty Lemon cake for Willow and Zoe's Christening last month.

I think this is my first time to make this style and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Macaron by, as usual, the fabulous Monsieur Macaron.

Oli - and Elmo First Birthday Cake

 Oli is one!! I was so happy to hear from Jen to make Oli's first birthday cake, he is the most gorgeous wee man and a big Elmo fan.

The cake is an 8" banana cake filled with white chocolate ganache and a sprinkling of cocoa.

Everything is edible and handmade.

Ashley - 40th Birthday Cake

 Ashley ordered this 8" vanilla cake for his wife's birthday yesterday.

The brief was elegant and pretty and it was so lovely to work on.

Val - 80th Birthday Cake

 Amanda ordered this tall 6" zesty lemon cake for Val's 80th birthday.

Including a model of himself and some of the many things he loves, everything is handmade and edible. 

Lars - Lion & Tiger 4th Birthday Cake

 This is a  6" chocolate fudge cake and was made to celebrate Lars' sons 4th Birthday.

Shay - Rizzo the Rat and Teddy Birthday Cake

 Shay's lovely wife still has two of her childhood teddies and I was asked to make them fondant replicas for her birthday cake.

I love this so much. I got the most gorgeous photo of two very, very loved teddies and it is so pure and sweet (and it reminds me of a rather mad cousin who lives in Birmingham).

The cake is a 6" chocolate biscuit and everything is edible and handmade.

Elaine - CrossFit Birthday Cake

Sean ordered this 8" vanilla and raspberry cake for his wife's birthday celebrations. The brief was she loves CrossFit and runs her own graphic design business. All of which I managed to fit in. Everything is edible and handmade.

Eoghan - Liverpool 21st Birthday Cake

Eoghan's mam is a legend so I am quite sure Eoghan is too. He certainly looks in the photos his ma sent me. He loves a pint of Guinness whilst watching his favourite team play. The cake is an 8" zesty lemon and everything is edible and handmade.
