Ríona - First Birthday Cake

I made Ríona's Christening Cake a while back and was delighted to make her first birthday cake. 

The first elephant is the one I originally had on the cake but the humidity over the past few days stopped him setting properly.  Which meant he broke (argh).  The second elephant (which I think I prefer) took a quarter of the time to make.  Nothing like time pressure to make you move, eh?

The cake is an 8" zesty lemon and everything is edible.
