Mr & Mrs. Travers - Semi Naked wedding cake Ballymagarvey Village

I found these on a memory card (I thought they were gone forever). Sarah and Shay are coming up to their second wedding anniversary soon lol. Their cake was made up of a 10" vanilla, 8" strawberry swirl and 6" raspberry whirl. Decorated with blackberries, figs, raspberries and blueberries.

Joanie - Christening Cake

This is a double-height chocolate cake and was made to celebrate Joanie's christening day. Finally got to use my Sugar Press letters (I've had them for a while but no opportunity had presented itself). A very fine brush sent to me by Breda O'Brien made it so easy.

Ann - Flowers and chocolate Birthday Cake

Ann knew that she wanted a chocolate drip cake and that she wanted it to be pretty, pink and feminine. We were only too happy to oblige. The cake is an 8" Vanilla and raspberry and everything bar the flowers is edible.

Amy & Derek - Roses and Lace wedding cake

Amy and Derek tied the knot yesterday and celebrated with friends and family in the gorgeous Johnstown Hosue Estate in Meath. The cake is made up of 10" and 8" lemon tiers and a 6" vanilla tier. Al the roses are made from sugar and I love the romanticism of this cake.

Ricky and Satomi - Ranunculas Wedding Cake

Ricky and Satomi had their wedding reception yesterday. Everyone managed to get home for it, no mean feat considering flights etc. were diverted and cancelled due to the snow! Helen, Ricky's sister, ordered this two tier vanilla cake for the occasion. Everything is edible and handmade.

Elizabeth - Bon Voyage 'pretty' cake.

Elizabeth is leaving Applegreen Dublin to go to Applegreen New York.   Kirsty ordered this 8" x 6" vanilla cake for her Bon Voyage party and all she asked for was that it would be very pretty.   

This is the prettiest cake I have ever made.   Everything is handmade and edible.
