 Andrea ordered this tall 6" chocolate biscuit cake for Faye's birthday celebrations today.

I love making these cake and love the pastel colours of this one. The 'mane' is made of meringue kisses, much nicer (I think) than buttercream

Lily - Unicorn First Birthday Cake

 Chereen ordered this tall 6" round Raspberry Whirl cake to celebrate Lily's first birthday.

Rather than go with buttercream swirls I prefer to use meringue kisses.

Everything is edible and handmade.

Freya - Watermelon and unicorns birthday

 Freya, along with her mam, has been coming to my house for a couple of years now to pick up cakes for other family members. Finally, she got to pick up one for herself.

Her communion cake never got to go ahead so it was all systems go for her birthday.

The cake is an 8" red velvet with choc chips and white chocolate frosting and the cupcakes were vanilla funfetti and decorated with unicorns and rainbows and as much glitter as I could add.

Carl ordered this 8" zesty lemon cake for his daughter's birthday recently. Based on a design we made for a communion last year everything is edible and handmade.

Lauren - Unicorn First Birthday Cake

Shirley ordered this 8" vanilla cake for her daughter's first birthday. It's based on a couple of cakes we've made previously and I do like it. Pastel prettiness. Everything is edible (always a bonus I find with cake lol).

Reese - Unicorn Confirmation Cake

Reese made her confirmation last week and this is the cake she requested. It is an extra high 8" red velvet and the main is made from meringue (nicer than buttercream I find). Everything is edible and handmade.

Pixie Rayne - Unicorn Christening Cake

This is a 6" high x 8" round rich chocolate fudge cake. Made to celebrate both Pixies Christening and 1st Birthday it is so much fun. Everything is edible and the meringues are handpainted (damn the perfectionist name lol.

Ece - Unicorn Birthday Cake

Ece celebrated her 6th birthday last week ( It honestly felt like she only turned 5 last summer). This year she fancied a unicorn so that's what we made her. The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge cake, it's higher than our normal cakes as unicorns work best when they are tall. Her mane is made from hand coloured meringues as I, shocker, freak out at the feel of buttercream. Plus I think meringues are nicer. Entirely edible and handmade.

Elise and Holly - Unicorn Cake

Elise was three (yup, I know I have her down as Elsie, fixed that before it went out) and Holly was christened this weekend and this is the cake they had to celebrate. The cake is an 8" vanilla and everything is handmade and edible. Oh, and Elise loves the colour purple x

Rachel - 40th Birthday Unicorn cake

Terry ordered this 8" chocolate fudge cake for his sister's birthday celebrations in Dublin last weekend. Everything is edible except the cloud balloon ... next time it will be edible though as Terry mentioned marshmallows!!!
