The cake is made up of an 8" zesty lemon tier and a 6" chocolate fudge tier. Seems like no time at all since we were setting up their wedding cake. Happy days indeed.

Elsie - Peter Rabbit Christening Cake

Not that long ago we made Dee and Rob's wedding cake so we were thrilled and excited when she said she was back in Dublin for the christening of their baby girl, Elsie. The 8" cake had to be our ginger, date and lemon (the entire wedding cake practically was too) and Peter had to be holding a balloon. It seemed only right to me that a bunny would be holding a carrot shaped balloon! Everything is made from sugar but Peter has an internal skeleton for support (the heat played havoc for us cakers over the summer).
