Faye - Unicorn Birthday Cake

Andrea ordered this tall 6" chocolate biscuit cake for Faye's birthday celebrations today.

I love making these cake and love the pastel colours of this one. The 'mane' is made of meringue kisses, much nicer (I think) than buttercream

Willow - Bunny First Birthday Cake

Emma sent me a gorgeous cake to use as inspiration and this is what I came up with. It's very close to the original but ... my bunny lol. The cake is made up of an 8" lemon and 6" strawberry whirl. Everything is edible and handmade.

Libby - Unicorn Birthday Cake

We made the sweetest little mouse cake for Libby's christening last year and were delighted to make this, her first birthday cake.
The cake is an 8" vanilla sponge with a vanilla buttercream filling and the unicorn is handmade and edible ... but you'd have such a sugar hangover the next day I'd caution against it.

p.s. all those sprinkles were hand cut by yours truly.  Thousands, hundreds and thousands (geddit?) of them.
