Samuel - Christening Cake

Eva ordered this two tier chocolate fudge cake to celebrate her son's Christening Day. Love the design she close and the colours.

Grainne - 30th Birthday Cake

Grainne ordered this 8" chocolate fudge cake to celebrate her 30th birthday. Love these cakes as they are so colourful (and there are always sweets left over to enjoy during cake cleanup).

Ann Marie - Unicorn Birthday Cake

Ann Marie ordered this gorgeous unicorn birthday cake for her daughter's celebrations.   The cake is an 8" vanilla as are the unicorn cupcakes.   We also made 12 raspberry cupcakes that were decorated with a swirl of delicious buttercream and the most gorgeous unicorn sprinkles that we got here at Stuff4cakes in Galway. 

Aoife - Bunny and Buttons Christening Cake

This is an 8" raspberry swirl cake and was made for Mary's latest daughter! I say that as she had told me that the last baby was the last baby lol. Loved making this, so pretty in pink. The bunny on top matches one of Aoife's toys. All handmade and edible.

Fabulous at 40

My gorgeous friend Jill turned 40 on the 28th December.  I wanted to make something glamerous and fabulous . . because that's what she is.  

This is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake with a 5" dummy on top.  Both tiers are decorated in black sugarpaste that has been fashioned to resemble crocodile skin.

The figure, not my usual style, is handmade and edible.  Based on the models by Carlos Lischetti.
