My gorgeous friend Jill turned 40 on the 28th December. I wanted to make something glamerous and fabulous . . because that's what she is.
This is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake with a 5" dummy on top. Both tiers are decorated in black sugarpaste that has been fashioned to resemble crocodile skin.
The figure, not my usual style, is handmade and edible. Based on the models by Carlos Lischetti.
