Sinead ordered this double tier vanilla cake for her birthday celebrations. I have to say, I am learning to love making roses. Everything is edible and handmade and based on a design sent to me by Sinead herself.

Orla - 30th Birthday Cake

Ciara ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake for her sisters 30th birthday. The brief was things she loves. Her favourite dress, martini, Las Vegas, Chanel lipstick and sparkly shoes!! Everything, except the glass is handmade and edible.

Grainne - 30th Birthday Cake

Grainne ordered this 8" chocolate fudge cake to celebrate her 30th birthday. Love these cakes as they are so colourful (and there are always sweets left over to enjoy during cake cleanup).

I love this cake and really wish the light had been better to get decent photos (bloody Desmond).

The cake is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake and, as Debbie coaches Hartstown Football Club, I decided to use the team colours of red and black.

Lorna - VW Campervan Birthday Cake

I love VW vans.  They are curvy and cool.  It was a pleasure to make this cake for Lorna's 30th birthday.  The cake itself is a carved 10" zesty lemon and vanilla cake.  Cartoon heaven.  Oh, and made by Bernie of course.

This is a 9" Baileys cake, made for Catherine's 30th party tonight. Shannon gave me all the information and was a joy to deal with. Everything is edible.  Hardest part was getting those huskies right.  Dogs are so damn hard to make.... sometimes.
