Millie Rae is three and this is her cake! She is a huge fan of PAW Patrol and her favourite puppy is Skye. The cake itself is an 8" Vanilla and Raspberry Cake and everything is edible.

Josh's 5th Snakes and Ladders Skylander Birthday Cake

Thoroughly enjoyed this, once I got a handle on the skylanders. Special thanks to my mate Max who explained who the bigeared blue chap was!

The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge and everything is edible (once you remove the internal supports in the skylanders, that is). Thanks Julie for the latest challenge.

p.s. Got last photo this morning with a note saying the cake was a sucess with kids and adults alike. Love that photo.

Laura - Minion Birthday Cake

Made to celebrate Laura's birthday, and ordered for her by the lovely Paddy, this is quite a large chocolate biscuit cake. He is approximately 15" tall and 6" wide and choctastic.

Michael - Dublin/West Bromwich Albion 80th Birthday Cake

Yes, Michael is a huge West Brom and Dublin fan. In the end, I'd had a different idea initially, I decided to put him in the West Brom shirt and have him reclining on the Dubs jersey.

I thought it would be fun to have a newspaper detailing his grand age with a picture of him in all his glory rather than writing on the board. 

The cake is a carved 10" Vanilla and Raspberry cake and everything is edible.

Kiva and Cath Kidson

Fergal rang me looking for a cake for his lovely wife, Kiva.  We chatted for a while about what would be best and then I rang her best friend who knew exactly what Kiva would want.  A Cath Kidson, Def Leppard and Guns n' Roses fan . . . no problem 

The cake is a 10" carved zesty lemon, a favourite of the family, and everything you see is edible.

I love Minions.  Love 'em.  This cake is made up of 2 x 6" zesty lemon cakes.  The minion is also wearing a Dublin Ladies GAA jersey . . . that rocks in it's own right.

Velvet Crush

I normally make shoes that are 2D images painted to look like their 3D counterparts.  This is my first ever shoe that you could wear.  I love it.  

The 'box' is a 10 x 8" chocolate fudge cake.  The shoe is entirely edible and is made from Florist Paste (icing for making flowers).
