Thunder Road Cafe is 21!!! - Route 66 Birthday Cake

We were delighted to make this to celebrate Thunder Road's 21st birthday. The cake is a huge, double height, 10" chocolate biscuit and 8" vanilla cake. Everything, except the cacti, is edible. One should never eat a cactus!

Suzuki Birthday Cake

This was made for Nigel (thanks to Impact Cakes for recommending us) who owns a Suzuki Jigster. The cakes themselves are an 8" chocolate biscuit cake and an 6" zesty lemon cake.

This was a great cake to make.  A two tier cake, 10" chocolate biscuit and an 8" vanilla, with a handmade Suzuki Jigster on top.  The birthday boy loved it.  As did his lovely wife who ordered it.
