Loved making these. 36 decorated cupcakes in three flavours (chocolate,, vanilla and white chocolate and raspberry) decorated to an Alice in Wonderland theme.

Sofia the First Cake Topper

Made for a friend this is a cake topper of Sofia the First.  Entirely edible.

Jack loves Chocolate so it was only right his cake should be covered in chocolate paste.  This is an 8" chocolate fudge cake decorated with handmade, edible, figure.

This is an 8" chocolate fudge football cake made to celebrate Jamie's First Holy Communion.  Everything is edible and the figure can be kept as a keepsake or . . . eaten.

Joseph - Communion Cake

This is an 8" chocolate fudge cake made to celebrate Joseph's first Holy Communion.  The figure is handmade and can either be eaten or kept as a keepsake.

Austen - Chelsea Communion Cake

Austen (yup, I got the typo before the cake went out but not before I photographed it) knew exactly what he wanted for his communion cake. The Chelsea Lion inside the Superman diamond. His bear also had to go on the cake. The cake is an 8" vanilla sponge.

Sofia the first

And possibly my last. I made this topper for a caker friend. Found her erm, challenging. She is very pretty but has no ears lol.

This is a 9" chocolate fudge cake made to celebrate Dylan's 6th birthday. My favourite part of this cake has got to be the net. Entirely edible and made of icing . .. this is the third one, the other two erm, broke. Delicate stuff, sugar netting.

Tadhg & Nessa are 1

So sweet and soft. This is an 8" choc fudge cake to celebrate the first birthday of Tadhg and Nessa. The bears are handmade and edible . . should you so wish.
