Aidan - Smirnoff & Red Bull 50th Birthday Cake

Julie ordered this chocolate biscuit cake for her pal's 50th birthday. I admire anyone who can drink red bull and vodka, that's proper partying. Everything is edible and handmade.

Carmel - 80th birthday cake

Carmel has many interests and loves. She is a keen photographer and an amateur author. She also loves her dog, we decided to include these in the cake made to celebrate her 80th birthday.
The cake is an 8" strawberry swirl and everything is handmade and edible.

Up the Dubs, and happy birthday Kim

I love Minions.  Love 'em.  This cake is made up of 2 x 6" zesty lemon cakes.  The minion is also wearing a Dublin Ladies GAA jersey . . . that rocks in it's own right.

It's time to start the music!

I made this for my gorgeous friend, Ruth, who had the pleasure of being surprised by all who love her last night with a big party.  The cake is beneath the 'photo frame' and is a 10" chocolate biscuit cake.  Everything is handmade and that's Ruth hanging on to Animal.  She kept changing her hair colour which meant I changed her a couple of times too.

Wedding days - Andrew and Vanessa

This was made to celebrate the marriage of Andrew and Vanessa, gutted that I took such bad photos as really do like this cake.  It is 2 stacked 8" cakes, one is chocolate biscuit and the other raspberry, and a 6" chocolate biscuit with marshmallows!  Oh, and the entire thing is covered in a luscious white chocolate ganache.
