Laura - Pink Macaron Birthday Cake

Laura ordered this two tier chocolate fudge cake for her birthday party yesterday. The cake is decorated with Ferrero Roche, chocolate, raspberry, strawberry and vanilla macaron and gold dipped malteasers (I shall only ever eat gold malteasers from now on in!

Reese - Unicorn Confirmation Cake

Reese made her confirmation last week and this is the cake she requested. It is an extra high 8" red velvet and the main is made from meringue (nicer than buttercream I find). Everything is edible and handmade.

Kelly - Death Star Confirmation Cake

Kelly ordered this 7" Chocolate Biscuit Sphere cake for her son's confirmation party. Entirely edible and lethal (calorie wise).

Jamie - First Communion Cake

Jamie is the cutest little kid. A huge Harry Potter fan too. I had intended to put him on wearing the Gryffindor cloak but it took away from his cool threads so I used the house colours for ribbon instead. The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge. Everything is edible ( except his glasses) and handmade.

Ava - Communion Cake

Ava, via her lovely mam Aoife, sent me a drawing of how she wanted her cake to look. And, apparently, we nailed it! The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge and everything, bar the veil is edible.

Hope - Pink Blossoms Communion Cake

Hayley ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake for her daughter's first communion. ... except, I was meant to make the flowers turquoise!?! Hayley came in and we chatted and I redid the cake in the right colours. Phew!

Eabha - Purple Blossoms Communion Cake

Mia - Communion Cake

his is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake that was made to celebrate Mia's communion day. It's based on a design we made previously... with the addition of a mini Mia. Everything is edible and handmade (except the tulle on the dress, I'm not that good. Yet.)

This is an 8" vanilla cake and was made to celebrate Aoibheann's communion last weekend. As I have yet to learn how to make edible tulle everything, except the tulle on her dress, is edible and handmade.

Libby - Unicorn Communion Cake
