 This took me way longer to work out than you would have thought.  I had to take out a protractor!!!

Made for Paddy, this is an 8" chocolate fudge cake and details his six favourite sporting teams.

Cliona - A three in one birthday cake

Cliona ordered this cake for a big family birthday weekend. The bottom tier is an 8" lemon and was made for her mam, the amazing artist who painted the lighthouse here. The middle tier is for her son's birthday, he loves all things GAA. This is a 6" chocolate biscuit cake. The top tier was made for her daughter's 18th. She loves music, in particular the piano and violin. Everything is edible and handmade.

Niall - Up the Dubs!!!

Forgot to show you this, made for Niall's 45th birthday (I feel the half decades are harder y'know), this is a dinky 6" chocolate biscuit cake and was ordered by Eva as a surprise treat. I had such big plans for this cake.... then I decided to clean up my work board, swept hand along said board ... slicing my finger open on a scalpel. Gulp!! I cried like a baby btw.

Joseph - Dublin GAA Hurling Birthday Cake

Joseph turns 10  this weekend and his mam ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake to celebrate.   Loved handing this one over as Joe was expecting the Dublin crest and was thrilled to see a model of himself sat on top of the cake.   Everything is edible and handmade.
