Harry - Rubik's Cube Birthday Cake

A friend asked that I make this to-scale version of a Rubik's Cube for her lad's 10th birthday. How could I refuse ... although I did wish I had at one point, cubes are a bugger to make. Everything is edible, except that real cube at the front, which Oscar made up for me. No matter how many youtube tutorials I looked at I still can't make the wretched thing.

Richie - Friends Birthday Cake

Ordered by Carrie, this is one of the last cakes I made pre shutdown.
It is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake topped with a 6" vanilla cake and it went down a storm.

Everything is edible and handmade.

Prendo - School Principal Retirement Cake

Stephen retired as Principal from my son's old primary school on Friday. I was asked to make this 10" chocolate biscuit cake, by the P.A., as a retirement gift. The brief was the school, the gates he stands at when the kids are going home, coffee and croissants, his red captain's jacket and his newest golf club.

Allergan - Celebration Cake

An unusual request to celebrate some awesome people. Ordered by Frances for the team to celebrate the completion of Carafate Value Steam Mapping project. This is a 10" chocolate biscuit cake and definitely too big a pill to swallow whole.

Stella - Parkrun Birthday Cake

Debbie ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake to celebrate her friend's recent big birthday. Stella loves Parkrun so ... a Parkrun cake it was.

Karl - Bourbon Biscuit Birthday Cake

Aoife ordered this scaled-up version of a Bourbon biscuit for her brother who LOVES them. It turns out I'm rather fond of them now too lol. This is a 10 x 5 chocolate biscuit cake covered in sugarpaste and handpainted to resemble the biscuit.

Emily - Blue and Gold 40th Birthday Cake

Emily ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake for her husband's recent birthday celebrations. The brief was blue ombre and gold and a definite #40 lol. Everything is handmade and edible.

Edel ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake for her son's Christening Day recently. It's based on a version we made a few years ago and I loved getting to make it again. Everything is edible and hand made.
