Ryan - Chocolate Drip Cake

Lauren ordered this 8" red velvet chocolate drip cake for Ryan's birthday. It had to include a couple of his favourite things: boxing gloves, his beloved PS4 and references to two of his favourite shops. Everything is edible and handmade.

James ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit and 6" baileys cake for his friend's 30th birthday celebrations. He sent me a couple of images and there were a lot of pink sweets involved.

Laura - Chocolate and gold drip cake

Eileen ordered this for Laura's upcoming 21st birthday.   The cake is made up of an 8" vanilla tier and a 6" lemon tier.  The topper was provided by Crafty Designs and Toppers   Oh, and the macaron are a mixture of raspberry, salted caramel and vanilla.

Sive - Confirmation Cake

Sive made her confirmation earlier this week and this was the cake she and her mam asked for. It's an 8" chocolate biscuit cake topped with lots (and lots) of sweet.

Niamh - 21st Birthday Cake

Loved making this as it's not something we have been asked to do before. The cake is made up of an 8" zesty lemon and a 6" chocolate fudge tier. Macaron are homemade and smothered in a milk chocolate ganache and decorated with macron and Ferrero Rocher. I managed to eat only two of the chocolates whilst assembling. 😜
