Made for Shane's First Holy Communion this is an 8" chocolate fudge cake. Thoroughly enjoyed making this. Everything is edible and .. you gotta play this game, it's fantastic.

An 8" zesty lemon cake made to celebrate Sean's 50th birthday. He's a huge fan of Leed's Rhinos, Yorkshire cricket, Leeds Utd and he set up the Donabate Park Run!!! All of which made it onto his cake. Everything is edible and handmade.

Brian Thomas - Open Top Tour Bus Cake

This is a carved 10" vanilla cake and was made to celebrate Brian Thomas's birthday. He is a huge fan of these buses. He is also the baby brother of one of my best friends. That wee man driving the bus is Brian's nephew! 

Another one of Bernie's magical cakes. All I had to do was make Brian Thomas and stick bits on.
