Bruce - Shark Birthday Cake

Lynda asked me to make this for her son's 5th birthday. He is shark (and Rhino) mad. 

The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge cake and entirely edible.

I love this cake.  It was made for a birthday present for a little surfer boy.  He screamed when he saw it and I hope that was a good thing.

The cake itself is made up of 2 x 8" vanilla madeira sponge cakes.  Each cake was triple layered with vanilla buttercream before being carved into the shark shape.  Everything is edible from the sea to the poor soul trying to escape.
