David ordered this 10" x 7" zesty lemon cake for Clair's birthday. Love making this type of cake and it's entirely edible.

Ronan - International Man of Travel

I was quite jealous of the adventures of Ronan when I was making this cake (I want to go to Shanghai too). 

The cake is the suitcase, a 10" x 8" vanilla cake. The globe is a Styrofoam ball covered in sugarpaste. The labels are edible too.

Do you know I never asked the name of the birthday girl? I was delighted to make this for Niamh's mum. 

The cake is an 8 x 10" chocolate biscuit cake and everything is edible.
