Chris - Backpacker 21st Birthday Cake

Chris celebrated his 21st birthday on NYE this year and this is the cake his mam, Miriam, ordered for him. It is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake and showcases his love of travel. oh to be 21 and interrailing again ... sigh x

Clair - Suitcase Birthday Cake

David ordered this 10" x 7" zesty lemon cake for Clair's birthday. Love making this type of cake and it's entirely edible.

Eimear - Travel Inspired Birthday Cake

Eimear ordered this for her sister's 40th birthday. The brief was travel and this is the design we came up with.

The top tier, a 6" raspberry whirl, is a map of the world to represent her travel s (she's visited 59 countries) and the bottom tier, an 8" by 11" chocolate biscuit cake, is a stack of National Geographics. 

Everything is handmade, handpainted and edible.

Stéphane - Flags Birthday Cake

A lot tricker to put together than you'd initially think!.  This is an 8" vanilla cake, the internal layers are coloured to resemble the Mauritian flag.  Stéphane was born in Rhodesia, lived in Australia and Mauritius and finally settled in Ireland.  All of which we have here on our cake.
