Every car cake is done by the wonderful Bernie. I'm not allowed. I keep carving and cutting and, before you know it, ... no cake!

This is a carved chocolate biscuit cake and was made to celebrate Aideen's 18th birthday.

Darren's Big Red Van

This is a carved 10" chocolate biscuit cake. Made for Darren's 30th birthday.  In a strange twist of fate he turned out to be the fabulous builder working on a fellow blogger and friend's house.

A carved 10" chocolate biscuit cake made for the lovely Darren.  I know he's lovely for two reasons, his girlfriend told me he was and he worked on making my lovely friend A's house beautiful.

Gavan's Surprise Audi

This is a 12" carved Chocolate Mud Cake.  Gavan likes to go a teeny bit over the speed limit so . . . he bumped something, the boot flew open and his life spilled out.  Have a feeling though that they may not be his furry handcuffs.

Declan's Dream Car - Mercedes S300

I think we've finally cracked making cars. This is a Chocolate Fudge Mercedes S300 for Declan's 40th birthday. Everything in the car is edible except the windscreen That is acetate - but in future I think I have a sugar glass chap I can use.
