Katie and Nick tied the knot this weekend in the gorgeous Portmarnock Hotel (we got a sneak peek at them as they were married in the hotel itself) and this is the cake they asked us to make.
Navy and white with blush pink roses to match the bridesmaids and the bouquets. The cake is made up of a 10" vanilla and raspberry, double-height 8" vanilla and raspberry and 6" traditional fruit cake.
The roses are made from gum-paste and, if you wish, edible lol.
