Tess - 2nd Birthday Ballet Birthday Cake

Niamh, Tess's mam, liked two separate cakes so we took elements from both and turned it into one cake! The 8" tier is zesty lemon and the 6" is red velvet Everything is edible and handmade. When the party was over I covered a dummy cake so Niamh (or Tess) could keep the shoes for display.

Rebecca - First Birthday Cake

The brief was pink and bunny and this is what I came up with. I wanted something sweet to celebrate Rebecca's first birthday. The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge and it's the first 'first' birthday cake I've made for Julie. I've made lots of other numbers but never a first lol.
