Rosie celebrated her first birthday last weekend and we were delighted to make her birthday cake. So excited in fact that Bernie made a purple version too lol. This is an 8" vanilla cake with pink ombre buttercream swirls. The inside is made up of pink layers (as you can see from the photo Grainne sent us. She also sent us a dotey one of Rosie enjoying herself, yay Rosie). Everything is edible except the topper.
