Croíadh's First Christmas (cake)

Really enjoyed making this for Croíadh's first Christmas. The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge and the model was based on a Christmas card I saw a few years back.

Christmas Cake 2014

This was our Christmas Cake this year, 2014, and I entered it into the Dublin Sugar craft Guild show for fun.  I won first place and everyone was happy. I am trying to get over my competitive streak.

Christmas Snow Globe Cake

Made for the Dublin Sugar craft Guild this was my competition entry for 2013.  I came second and was thrilled with myself.  It was also OUR Christmas cake that year.  It is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake.  

Poor Frosty - Christmas Cake

Made for my friend this is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake. Poor Frosty, well, he defrosted! Everything is edible and handmade.
