This cake is a carved 10" chocolate fudge cake and everything is edible.

Katie and Ben - Wedding Cake

Congratulations to Ben and Katie who say 'I do' later today.

Their cake is made up of a 10" chocolate fudge , 8" zesty lemon and a 6" fruit cake.

Matthew - Ninja Turtle Birthday Cake

This is a carved 8" chocolate fudge cake made for Matthew's 6th birthday. Those turtles have been going for ages, we used to have them all when my eldest was a lot smaller than he is now (i.e. taller than his ma).

Dragonball Z Cake!

This is an 8" round chocolate fudge cake decorated with a variety of things that his mum thought would be important to him.  He's off to Australia for a year (happy days).

Adam - Mickey Mouse Club House Birthday

The cake is made up of two tiers, an 8" Zesty Lemon cake and a 4" chocolate biscuit cake.  Bright, happy fun and perfect for a two year old.

Row yer boat

I love this cake.  It is a 10" vanilla cake and made for Niamh who was celebrating her birthday.  She rows for Trinity College in Dublin and I really enjoyed making this.  My favourite bit?  The ducks.
