I think this is my first time to make this style and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

My baby brother turned 40 today and this is what he was given lol. Za, his lovely wife, asked for a carrot cake and left the design up to me. I made a version of this cake before in pink and was dying to try it in a rich blue. Happy birthday bro xxxx

Ben's big sisters designed his cake. I think one of them wanted a puppy instead of a baby brother lol. The cake is an 8" chocolate biscuit and everything is edible and handmade.

Ellen ordered these for a recent babyshower she was attending. They are a mixture of vanilla and red velvet (and they smelled delicious in my kitchen!)
