Dearbhla celebrated a big birthday yesterday and I was delighted to make her cake. She is, to put it mildly, an awesome director and an awesome person (even though she told me not to believe all I read online lol). The cake is an 8" chocolate biscuit and mostly edible. Photos are but props on top aren't... made from sugar but with card backing as the weather refused to allow the paste to harden. p.s. the only time I dislike the sun is when it is playing havoc with my caking.
