Dave had to pick up his own cake hence the 'no peeking' sign, I an assured he didn't! Enjoyed making this one. It is an 8" square Vanilla and strawberry cake. The image, doesn't show it in the photos, stands proud of the cake as I made it by creating an edible transfer which I could then mould and shape to give it a bit of oooomph.
