A 9" Chocolate Biscuit Cake. This cake has a number of layers of fondant to create the snow overhang effect. I broke my airbrush whilst making this cake (nevermind the several plates, vanilla extract and a bowl) and I still think it was worth it. One of my favourite Christmas Cakes.
