Snow. Snow. Snow.

A 9" Chocolate Biscuit Cake. This cake has a number of layers of fondant to create the snow overhang effect. I broke my airbrush whilst making this cake (nevermind the several plates, vanilla extract and a bowl) and I still think it was worth it. One of my favourite Christmas Cakes.

Santa on his tractor

A 12" cake cut to resemble a tractor, as requested.  The children, who asked their mum to order it, are huge tracter fans and wanted something a bit different for christmas.  This is definitely different.

This cake would serve upwards of 100 portions 1" x 2".

Snowglobe penguins

10" chocolate biscuit cake made up of belgian chocolate, biscuits, cointreau and other delicious stuff.

Christmas Cakes 2008

The above cakes are all 8" cake and all with the exception of the chocolate/gold cake are rich christmas cakes and fed with brandy once a week for 8 weeks until delivery.  Boozy but delicious.  The chocolate/gold cake is simply decorated with ribbon and chocolate swirls and is a light christmas cake.
