Katherine ordered this 8" chocolate cake for her brother's recent birthday celebrations. She wanted to include his favourite things: hill walking, music, Irish history, crosswords and his legendary doc martins. Everything is edible and handmade.

I have so many favourite cakes this week I don't know where to start. Aedin ordered this 8" vanilla cake to help Eamon celebrate his 60th birthday. Everything is edible and handmade and, one of my favourite bits is the sign where I have a little cake on the picnic bench (I am so easily pleased lol).
