Scotia Bank - Anniversary Cake

Scotia Bank have been in Dublin for fifty years.  To celebrate that fact they had a lovely lunch and what better dessert than one of our cakes?  The cake is a 12" red velvet.

Oscar and Juliette - First Birthday Cake

Trying to come up with something that would work for both Oscar and Juliette gave me pause for thought. 

In the end I liked the idea of having the same cake 'cut in half' with their own candle and favourite toy. I also wanted the cake to look homemade ... if you know what I mean.
