This was such a great 'cake' to work on. I'm using inverted commas as ... it was a 12" spherical dummy, carved and covered in chocolate ganache and icing but ... sadly, inedible. The staff at Demonware got to try a selection of our cupcakes and have the helmet on display. Maria McDonald of Sugar Duckie Designs made the face for me whilst she was just sitting at the table ... that's how brilliant a designer she is. I was still working it out when suddenly .. there he was. I watched everything she did and I am convinced she is a sugar genius. I made the helmet lol.
