This was an interesting one. I learnt that making surprise birthday cakes can be tricky if you end up talking to the one who is to be surprised. Wasn't my greatest day. Tis funny now.
The cake itself is the building. It is a 12" chocolate biscuit cake and the cars are made from rice crispie treats.
