Communion Cakes - Part 1

This is a 10" chocolate biscuit cake.  It was made for a St. Sylvester's Communion girl last year.  It was covered in a chocolate ganache and then fondant.  The girl on top was modelled on details given to us by the child's mother.  It was a hit.
