Sam - Liverpool Communion Cake

I love his cake. This is an 8" chocolate biscuit cake decorated with a model of Sam. All because it's his Communion Day.

This was an incredibly late order, literally the day before.  If we had've had more time we would have made a perfect crest but with only 2 hours to make the cake . . .  The boy, James, and his mam were delighted.  The cake itself is a 10" chocolate fudge cake, triple layered with chocolate fudge frosting before being covered with a double layer of fondant.
