When making cakes for Mary’s family I always deal with her good self. This time I had the pleasure of working with her husband, Paul. He knew he wanted to have a designer handbag cake so I sent him a few images. This is the one he chose, a Gucci Nymphea The cake is a carved 10" chocolate biscuit cake. Everything is edible.
