Golden Wedding Anniversary Cake

Katherine ordered this 8" chocolate biscuit cake to help celebrate her parents 50th wedding anniversary. He's from Galway and she is from Mayo and that's what we used as our starting point. Everything is edible and handmade.

Cathy ordered this for her mother and father in law. The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge and everything is edible (nearly everything, the support holding the frame at the back is foamcoare! Time was of the essence, as this was a late order, and the icing support just refused to dry out).
