A chocolate cake to celebrate Lena's 8th birthday. Everything is edible .... but those carrots are pure icing so SUGAR RUSH!!!! (Give to children when they are leaving your house after a party!)

Rabbit in a Hat Trick!

Every year we make a cake for St. Sylvesters School in Malahide for their Cake Sale.  A 'Guess How Many Smarties' Cake.

I think this one is my favourite to date.  

The cake is a 3 x 6" chocolate fudge cake and the rabbit is made from rice crispie treats.  Everything is edible except the brim of the hat and the bunny's whiskers.
