Huge fun making this (although the web nearly drove me mad). 8" strawberry swirl cake topped with a 6" chocolate fudge cake. Everything is handmade and edible.  

The matching cupcakes are vanilla.  Yum.

Fairy House Birthday Cake

A friend rang today in a panic, she needed a birthday cake for her niece (her sister had asked her to order and she forgot). As she was buying her niece a fairy door I thought a fairy house would be fun to do. 

It's a chocolate biscuit house, made in an odlums porridge tube, so about a foot high. Everything is edible. P.s. Someone please buy me a fairy door lol, they are cute as a button.

I was asked to make this wedding cake by another cake maker who could no longer do it. Simple cakes look so . . . simple. Took hours to get that flawless look lol. The cake itself is made up of a 10" chocolate biscuit cake and an 7" chocolate fudge cake.
