Apparently, Sophia set her heart on a poop birthday cake last year. Her mam asked would I make it and I was er, delighted. The cake is a carved 10" chocolate fudge cake layered with vanilla buttercream before being covered in chocolate ganache. She loved it. She is a sweetheart of a kid.
