Katherine ordered this 8" lemon cake for her mother's 70th birthday celebrations. Her mam had never had a birthday cake as her birthday falls on Christmas Day. She wanted her to have her mam as the centre of attention on the cake ....... so here she is, the birthday girl, on a cake that is obviously a birthday cake, shoving Santa out of the way.
