I received a call on Friday morning looking for a Bowler Hat birthday cake. I thought that would be both easy and interesting and took it on. Bernie was not pleased, she had plans for a GoT marathon.
I was wrong, bowler hats are only easy if you have two days to build and mould the brim.
Still, we did it and the client was happy and off our cake went. To be enjoyed by Mr. Matthew MacFadyen, be still my beating heart lol.
The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge.
