Kim and Richard - Flamingo

This has become my absolute favourite style of wedding cake.  The Dessert Table. I love it, love the variety you can have with it.  Made to celebate Kim and Richards nuptuals in the Cliff Townhouse Hotel in Dublin the cakes are made up as follows:  One 7" chocolate cake in Tiffany Blue buttercream.  One 7" Lemon cake in Mint Green and a two tier (10" and 8") naked wedding cake, simply filled with homemade raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream.  We also made cookies for this wedding, lemon clouds, gingerbread and sugar cookies.
