Menu for Donabate Market - 9th April 2011

Today we have . . . . . . . . 

Cherry Cola
We’re harking back to the 80’s with this one.  These little chocolate beauties are made with coke cola and even have marachino cherries baked into them.  Topped with a delicious whipped frosting
Red Velvet
A light chocolate cake with a fantastic red colour.  It is topped with a delicious white chocolate cream frosting

Raspberry and White chocolate
A perfect combination of fresh, tart raspberries and sweet, creamy white chocolate buttercream.

Chocolate Peppermint
Chocolate cake topped with a delicious white chocolate and peppermint frosting.

Brown Sugar and Baileys
The vanilla, butter, and brown sugar combination in these little cakes ensures that they are delicious.

Luscious Lemon
Fresh lemon cupcakes made with really plump, juicy lemons for maximum zing topped with a light lemon buttercream and lemon curd.

(Un)Salted Caramel
Our classic vanilla bean cupcake topped, this time, with Caramel Buttercream, dulce de leche and, should you want, a sprinkle of sea salt, trust us it really is delicious.

Jaffa Orange
Chocolate Orange!  Is there really anything else to say here?  Belgian Chocolate and delicious orange topped with a light orange frosting.
Cappuccino
We were asked repeatedly for this one so we've decided to see how popular it really is. We're only making 12 so if you want them you've got to let us know!! Either way, it's a small coffee cake topped with coffee buttercream topped with a toasted pecan.

Vanilla
Last week we ran out of these and upset everyone.  This is a classic cupcake topped with a vanilla bean frosting and decorated with a flake – just ‘because!

Double Chocolate a.k.a. Belgian Chocolate Fudge
This has the double chocolate hit.  A delicious Belgian Chocolate cupcake topped with Belgian chocolate fudge.
