Our last order for 2010 and delivered on the 2nd Jan 2011 - our first order of 2011.
I received a youtube link from Trish and was asked to recreate what I saw. I think I pulled it off. I'll let you know what the client thought as soon as I find out.
The cake is a 10" zesty lemon. Triple layered and covered in fondant and royal icing. The figures are made from Florist paste and everything is edible except the kite. I didn't have modelling paste to make it out of icing. My fault! I shall have words with the buyer - me!
