Eva - Christmas Cake

I've made so many cakes for Eva but handing this one over was the first time I ever got to meet her! Normally Darren hands over her cakes, all in the timing I guess. It was a pleasure in both meeting her and making this cake. The cake is an 8" ginger, date and lemon and is one of my absolute favourite flavours. All handmade and edible.

Croíadh's First Christmas (cake)

Really enjoyed making this for Croíadh's first Christmas. The cake is an 8" chocolate fudge and the model was based on a Christmas card I saw a few years back.

Geraghty Christmas - Totoro Christmas Cake

Christmas Cake 2014

This was our Christmas Cake this year, 2014, and I entered it into the Dublin Sugar craft Guild show for fun.  I won first place and everyone was happy. I am trying to get over my competitive streak.

Poor Old Father Christmas - Christmas Cake

I loved making this cake for Windsor Motors. As a huge fan of Raymond Biggs I thought something based on his stories would be fun to create. This is an 8" chocolate fudge cake topped with a 6" Vanilla and raspberry cake. All decorations are handmade and edible.
